Dr. Sherry Steinmetz is a first class dentist who practices cosmetic, sedation, sleep dentistry (the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea and snoring), TMJ/ TMD treatments, as well as general dentistry in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Dr. Steinmetz received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California at Riverside, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the renowned University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where she graduated with honors.
Her commitment to continuing education is what sets her apart from other dentists. She understands the importance of quality care by keeping up to date with research and technologies. She and her dedicated team are continually attending post graduate dental education seminars to learn the latest in dental advancements. Dr. Steinmetz is a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies where she advanced her education in cosmetic dentistry and TMJ / TMD disorders. She is one of an elite group of dentists certified in California to perform oral conscious sedation, and in February 2011 Dr. Steinmetz was awarded the honorable Fellowship in Sedation Dentistry from the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS). In order to be awarded this prestigious title, Dr. Steinmetz completed advanced training and was proven to have met the depth of experience and rigorous educational requirements. She is one of only 10 doctors in the State of California to have achieved this high honor.
Dr. Steinmetz and her team are dedicated to providing quality, comprehensive dental care with superior customer service. They respect each guest that enters their office and treat them with the utmost care and professionalism.
Dr. Steinmetz is married with two lovely children, Cameron and Lily, who keep her very busy outside of the practice. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting with family and friends, volunteering at her children's school and scuba diving.

Liz has been been working with Dr. Steinmetz as the patient coordinator and front office manager since 2008.
She is the friendly, lovely lady who greets you when you arrive. She schedules your appointments, handles your treatment planning, which entails explaining the dental procedures that are required, prioritizing them with you based on level of urgency, budgeting and scheduling factors and working with you to establish the interest free financing options available if that is something you wish to pursue.
Liz makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed, or whips up a great cup of coffee or latte if you need some energy and have time to enjoy one!
She lives in Danville with her husband Chris, and her 4 children: Jake, Alexis, Thomas and Andrew (twins)! She spends her time outside the office at her kids' activities, and as a Mid-Westerner, she enjoys the mild climate and all of the outdoor activities the Bay Area has to offer.

Elizabeth is a dedicated and extremely thorough hygienist who joined the New Age Dentistry team in 2009.
Elizabeth will help you keep your smile healthy and clean with the latest technology. She combines a gentle yet thorough approach to hygiene with emphasis on prevention to create a pleasant dental experience. She is on the Colgate Advisory board and volunteers at a local dental clinic.
Outside of the office Elizabeth resides and enjoys spending her time in Livermore with her family. She and her husband Stuart are the busy parents of 5 children and are always on the go attending one or another of their activities! Elizabeth is on the committee for the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life and she loves to cook Italian gourmet dishes. She also likes to hike on various trails in and around the Bay Area and attend as many Cal football games as possible. Go Bears!
